◆全体的な規約

  1. 批判等禁止。
  2. 人にいろいろ押し付けたりするのは禁止。
  3. 無断転写、無断転載、再配布等禁止です。
  4. 何があっても責任は持てません。ご了承ください。
  5. 改造する場合は改造許可を得てからにしてください。
  6. ゲームで使われている素材を抜き出しての使用は禁じます。
  7. 公開しているゲームの無断転写、転載、その他を禁止しております。
  8. ゲームの実況はボイスコレクトワーカー-1st-やボイスコレクトワーカーシリーズ以外許可しております。(2023/11/26変更)
  9. 有料関連になるようなものは禁止です。
  10. ランキングについては、無断で載せるのは禁止です。「載せて良いですか？」が来ない限りは此方からランキング登録はいたしません。
  11. 荒らしなどは禁止です。

  1. 著作権者である『無魔 悪』を入れてください。
  2. エロ作品に使用は禁じます。場合によってはOKが出るかもしれません。
  3. グロ作品に使うのはどうぞお使いください。
  4. 商用禁止です。場合によってOKが出るかもしれません。
  5. 二次作品となるものに使用するのは禁じます。
  6. 東方projectの二次作品に使うのは禁止です。
  7. 悪用防止という事で、禁止になりましたのでご注意ください。(2020/08/16変更)
  8. ウディタ関連素材はサポートを停止しております。サポート再開はありません。
  9. 実況に使っていいかどうかはケースバイケースとさせていただきます。

利用規約death。 この利用規約（以下，「本規約」といいます。）は，ローウェンBOT（以下，「当BOT」といいます。）がDISCORD上で提供するサービス（以下，「本サービス」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。
ユーザーの皆さま（以下，「ユーザー」といいます。）には，本規約に従って，本サービスをご利用いただきます。

第1条(利用条件)

１３歳以上の方を対象とします。
当botを導入した時点で本規約に同意したものとみなします

第2条(禁止事項)

ユーザーは，当BOTの利用にあたり，以下の行為をしてはなりません。
1: 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
2: 犯罪行為に関連する行為
3: Discordサービスの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為
4: 不正アクセスをし，またはこれを試みる行為
5: 他のユーザーまたは第三者の知的財産権，肖像権，プライバシー，名誉その他の権利または利益を侵害する行為
6: 過度に暴力的な表現
7: 出会い系、また、NSFWに当たる行為を思わせる発言(NSFWであっても禁止です)
8: 他のユーザーに対する嫌がらせや誹謗中傷を目的とする行為
9: 他のユーザー，または第三者に不利益，損害または不快感を与えることを目的とする行為
10: 当BOTに負荷をかける行為
11: 当BOTを攻撃に利用する行為
12: NSFWでないところでNSFWを発言・また、発言させる行為
13: 当BOTの脆弱性を突く行為及び悪用する行為
14: 自動応答システムでコマンドと誤認識させる行為(登録)
15: 自動応答システムで返信に宣伝リンクを貼る行為(登録)
16: 自動応答システムでNSFWの単語・画像を登録する行為
17: メッセージ発言系統コマンドなどでeveryone等を書く行為(脆弱性を付く行為と同等です)
18: 故意にサーバーに負荷をかける行為(2023/05/01より作動)
19: 危険なサーバー名と思われるサーバー、またはサーバーアイコン、ユーザー名、ユーザーアイコン(2023/05/20変更)
20: その他不適切と思われる行為

第3条(グローバル独自禁止ルール)

1.過度な宣伝をする行為
2.NSFWでないところでNSFW発言、また画像を貼る行為
3.NGワードを回避する行為(故意的に回避は禁止です)
4.危険なサーバー名と思われるサーバー、またはサーバーアイコン、ユーザー名、ユーザーアイコン(2023/05/20変更)
5.その他不適切と思われる行為

第4条(免責事項)

当BOTはいかなる場合でもサービスを利用し発生した損害については責任を負いません。
ご理解の上ご利用ください

第5条(プライバシーポリシー)

当BOTをご利用の際は以下プライバシーポリシーも併せて同意したものとします

ローウェンbot運営（以下、当bot）は、個人情報の取り扱いにおいて、下記のように定めます。
以下のプライバシーポリシーでは、botによる情報の取得・利用・保管について記載しております。サービス利用にあたり、利用規約を合わせてお読みになり、ご理解いただけますと幸いです。

発言・修正・削除ログ
当botのDMに送信された内容
利用者のID
利用者のユーザー名

◆取得した情報の利用

取得した情報は、下記の目的で利用いたします。
(1)ユーザーニーズに合わせた機能の提供
(2)犯罪行為等発生時の開示
(3)荒らし発生時の各サーバーへの情報提供
(4)グローバルチャットの使用禁止処分

◆取得情報の安全管理

当bot運営はログ収集用サーバとサポートサーバの管理者は二段階認証を必須にしておりログ収集用サーバには当bot及び運営のみがログを閲覧できる状態にしております
またログの流出発生時には流出範囲の特定・流出したユーザーの特定及び流出の発生をお知らせアナウンスチャンネルにてアナウンスいたします

◆第三者への開示・提供の禁止

基本的に取得した情報は提供しませんが以下の場合は開示・提供いたします
(1)当botが認識したspam
(2)当botが導入されているサーバーで荒らし行為が発生した場合
(3)脅迫・恐喝その他犯罪に該当するような発言及び画像が投稿された場合
(4)警察等に情報の開示を求められた場合
